It is not possible to talk with people about Southampton and not have someone ask if you have managed to go sailing.  Our sailing courses cater for all abilities from complete beginners to seasoned Seafarers, offering you a variety of boats, skills to learn and challenges to master.

The University of Southampton, as part of Sport and Wellbeing, runs a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Recognised Training Centre (RTC) which offers and runs all of our RYA training courses.
