Southampton RAG have put together a BLM fundraiser and challenged societies to move 259km in the month of August for the 259 black lives taken by police in America in 2019.
We’ve decided to push that target to 2590km. Members can rack up the distance sailing, running, cycling, walking... everything helps!
This will be in aid of Stop Hate UK who challenge all forms of hate crime to raise awareness and help those affected. Here’s how to take part: -do your activity! -track it the best you can (strava is great join our Wessex Sailing Group) -send a screenshot of your activity to our Facebook page and we will keep track of the totals! -(any photos you’re happy to be posted on the clubs insta of you doing your activity would be great or just give us a tag!) -if you can donate once again everything helps
